Why can't I enter a discount code when paying with Apple Pay?
Apple Pay is a fast, one-tap checkout... but because it skips the standard checkout form, there's no place to enter a discount code once you've tapped the Apple Pay button.
Don't worry, though! You can still use your discount code - you just need to enter it first.
How do I use a discount code with Apple Pay?
Follow these steps:
- Add your items to your cart and click Check out (not the Apple Pay button).
- On the checkout page, enter your discount code in the Discount code field and click Apply.
- Once your discount is applied, tap Apple Pay to complete your purchase.
I already tapped Apple Pay — can I still use my code?
Yes, but unfortunately, once you're in the Apple Pay flow, you can't add a discount code. You'll need to cancel out of Apple Pay, return to the checkout page, enter your code, and then tap Apple Pay again.
What if I don't see a discount code field?
Make sure you're on the checkout page (the URL will include /checkouts/). If you're still having trouble, try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
